Our 5 Year Guarantee
All installations by BK Paving & Landscaping come with a 5 year installation guarantee.
The guarantee will take effect when the customer has signed off on the completed work, and paid for the work in full.
The guarantee covers the installation for general domestic use, and does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from: accident, misuse, heavy goods vehicles, natural or extreme weathering, lack of maintenance, impact damage, commercial use or stains caused by any substances whatsoever.
This guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from movement, expansion or contraction of sub-soil or sub-base caused by (but not limited to) changing climate, tree root activity, roadworks, underground drains, mine works, earthquakes, or changes to the local water table, as all of these factors are outside of our control.
In the event of a claim, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that any remedial work will be completed in a pattern and colour to match. However, product evolution and natural weathering means that no assurances can be given that an exact match will be possible.
